This package focuses on the internal junction boxes or wiring compartments of end-use equipment—including motor terminal boxes, electric heater terminal enclosures, and control panel entry chambers—where conductive dirt, fibrous fluff, or oil mist has accumulated over time, affecting insulation or heat dissipation. We open the covers, use anti-static brushes and industrial vacuums to remove loose contaminants, and for stubborn oil films or oxides, apply electrical contact cleaner with lint-free wipes. We simultaneously inspect the condition of compartment sealing gaskets, replacing any that have hardened.

After cleaning, we check the tightness of all terminals with a torque wrench to standard values, or use test pins to verify spring-terminal grip force. After tightening, we place a small amount of color-indicating silica gel desiccant at the bottom for future visual moisture checks. All operations aim to restore internal cleanliness and connection reliability.

This maintenance scope and intensity are customized based on equipment type, compartment volume, and contaminant types. A deposit is required before starting, covering the cost of bringing cleaning tools, replacement seals, and desiccants to site, with the amount estimated based on the number of equipment units and contamination level. After full cleaning and terminal re-verification, the final balance is based on the actual number of compartments processed and seals replaced.
