Description

This package addresses the common problem of multiple supply cables laid within buildings or between equipment groups lacking clear routing identification and endpoint marking, complicating future maintenance. We use a cable path locator with transmitter and receiver to trace each cable’s full route, plotting the precise path and intermediate junction points on architectural floor plans. Simultaneously, we assign uniform numbering to both ends and all accessible intermediate nodes using weather-resistant self-adhesive sleeves or tie-on labels, with a hierarchical coding scheme that reflects the cable’s distribution zone, circuit number, and powered equipment name.

After physical marking, we compile all path and numbering data into a complete cable routing atlas, noting each cable’s specification, number of cores, and installation date. For cables routed through concealed spaces, we affix a QR code sticker near the access hatch or cover for quick electronic atlas retrieval via mobile devices. All marking materials are made of waterproof, fade-resistant materials suitable for long-term display.

This identification system’s coding scheme and atlas format are customized according to the total number of cables, area division, and your management preferences. A deposit is required before starting, covering the initial material costs for sleeves, labels, and atlas printing, with the amount estimated based on the total number of cables to be identified and the tracing workload. After full installation and atlas delivery, the final balance is calculated according to the actual number of marking materials used and the number of atlas pages.
