This package addresses reverse rotation of three-phase motors, phase monitoring alarms, or failure to parallel due to incorrect phase sequence—either at the supply entry or at equipment terminals. We use a phase sequence meter to measure the phase rotation at both the distribution board entry and the equipment terminals, mapping the correspondence from supply to load to identify where the error occurred. We compare measurements with the equipment’s required phase order to pinpoint the exact location for correction.
Depending on where the error originates, we choose the most economical intervention—swapping any two phase conductors at the distribution board outlet if the error is on the supply side, or performing the swap inside the equipment terminal box if the error is at the load side. After adjustment, we re-measure the entire path to confirm correct sequence, and for motor equipment, we perform a brief test run to verify rotation matches the indicated direction.
This correction service’s measurement points and strategy are customized according to the actual error location and terminal interface type. A deposit is required at booking, covering the on-site use of the phase sequence meter and initial measurement labor, with the amount estimated based on the number of circuits and distribution levels involved. After correction and dual verification, the final balance is based on the actual number of connection points adjusted and the test hours.
