Description

This package is specifically designed for areas such as kitchen workspaces, equipment assembly zones, or locations where high-power electric heating or motor-driven appliances are installed. Its core task is to perform an on-site loading verification of the designated supply circuit’s current-carrying capacity under real operating conditions. We use an adjustable resistive load bank to gradually increase the output current from zero while simultaneously monitoring the voltage drop across each connection node along the circuit and the rate of temperature rise on the cable outer sheath using multi-channel recording instruments. The loading process continues until the protective device’s rated operating value is reached or until the total power required by the customer’s specified equipment is met.

Based on the complete data set obtained from the loading test, we thoroughly analyze the circuit’s voltage retention capability under sustained full load and the thermal trip response characteristics of the protective switch. If the test results show voltage drops beyond expected limits or a tendency for premature tripping, we clearly mark the restricted nodes in the inspection report and provide targeted adjustment recommendations—such as improving crimping quality at connections or upgrading to higher-rated terminals. These recommendations focus on localized corrective measures rather than full-scale line replacement, aiming to resolve carrying capacity issues with minimal intervention.

The customized nature of this service is reflected in the stepwise loading current increments and test duration settings, both of which are flexibly determined based on the sum of nameplate power ratings of your on-site equipment. A deposit is required before booking, covering the transportation, installation, and initial setup of the load testing equipment, with the amount estimated based on the number of circuits to be tested and the total power level involved. After all testing is completed, the final invoice is calculated based on the number of loading steps executed, the number of valid data groups recorded, and the total on-site time consumed.
