Description
This package is designed for locations where noticeable voltage deficiency at the end of supply circuits, visible dimming of lights during startup of high-power equipment, or weak motor starting occurs. We trace the faulty circuit from the distribution board outlet to its end, using a high-precision millivoltmeter to measure the voltage difference between adjacent connection points segment by segment, comparing the deviation direction from theoretical calculated voltage drop to identify zones with abnormal impedance concentration. A dummy load is connected at the line end during measurements to simulate actual operating conditions, accurately exposing weak nodes where voltage drop increases sharply under high current.
After locating the abnormal section, we further inspect the conductor cross-section, intermediate joint crimping quality, and whether the cable routing path has excessive bending or compression deformation. For high-resistance points caused by oxidized or poorly crimped joints, we strip, clean conductor surfaces, and replace with new crimp terminals or solder sleeves. For inherent drops due to undersized conductors, we truthfully state the mismatch between cross-section and protective device rating in the report, and provide specific replacement recommendations and routing optimization options.
This locating service is highly flexible, with the search path and precision determined by the severity of the fault symptoms and the equipment power list you provide. An upfront deposit covers the initial on-site measurement reference setup and no-load baseline data collection, with the amount estimated based on the total length of the line and the density of intermediate joints. After locating the abnormal section and delivering recommendations, the final balance is settled according to the actual length of line inspected and the number of corrective operations performed.
