This package is applicable to systems with multiple generating sets or dual-transformer parallel operation where severe current imbalance among phases leads to neutral overload or asymmetrical voltage at equipment terminals. We start with a continuous 24-hour waveform recording of phase currents at the parallel output, obtaining each phase’s load current variation curve over a day and calculating the maximum unbalance ratio and its occurrence time. Based on these data, we review how single-phase loads are distributed at the distribution level to identify the main access points causing imbalance.
The adjustment strategy focuses on re-distributing loads—moving some single-phase equipment from high-current phases to lower-current phases at the distribution board level, while ensuring that each phase’s total current stays below its respective protective device setting and cable ampacity. After adjustment, we restart the recording to compare pre- and post-adjustment unbalance data, quantifying the improvement with clear phase current trend charts in the delivered report.
This adjustment plan’s circuit selection and execution sequence are fully customized based on the real load data obtained from the continuous recording. A deposit is required before starting, covering the on-site installation of recording instruments and the first monitoring cycle data collection, with the amount estimated based on the number of monitoring points and total distribution circuits. After load adjustment and re-verification meet the improvement target, the final balance is calculated according to the actual number of circuits reconnected and the work hours involved.
