This package addresses brief RMS voltage drops and cyclic flicker caused by heavy equipment starting, welding operations, or grid-side disturbances, which often lead to reset of sensitive control devices, visible lighting flicker, or data storage interruptions. We install a continuous-recording power quality analyzer at your incoming supply to track the RMS voltage trajectory over at least one full working cycle, capturing dip depth, duration, and any overshoot during recovery. Based on the captured disturbance signature, we accurately determine whether the dominant source is external grid transmission or internal equipment interactions.

After identifying the disturbance source, we develop a targeted mitigation strategy. For externally transmitted disturbances, the plan focuses on series-connected reactors or magnetic-saturation voltage stabilizers to buffer voltage changes; for internally generated interactions, we prefer adjusting start sequences of large equipment or installing dynamic voltage restorers in front of sensitive loads. All components are accurately sized according to the dip depth and energy deficit measured, and after installation we restart the recorder for at least three more working cycles to verify improvement, presenting waveform overlays to illustrate the final effect.

This mitigation plan’s component selection, positioning, and parameter tuning are fully customized based on actual measured disturbance waveforms. A deposit is required before starting, covering the on-site setup of the power quality analyzer and the initial continuous data collection phase, with the amount estimated based on the number of monitoring points and collection period length. After installation and verification period data confirmation, the final balance is settled according to the actual types and quantities of mitigation components used and the total commissioning hours.
