This package targets branch and distribution boxes located in floor electrical rooms, service corridors, or equipment mezzanines, where numerous terminals have experienced creep relaxation from thermal cycling over time, reducing contact pressure. The service includes systematically re-tightening every visible terminal—main incoming, branch outgoing, and internal jumper terminals—using a preset torque wrench, following a sequence from main to branch to avoid inducing additional stress on intermediate sections. For each terminal, we record its pre-tightening condition and final torque value, creating a complete torque log.

If any terminal shows stripped threads or deformed base during tightening, we transfer its conductor to a spare terminal or install an auxiliary terminal block after consultation. After full tightening, we use a thermal imager to scan all terminals under load, confirming temperature distribution is uniform and within acceptable ambient-rise limits. All operations follow a strict de-energization and functional verification protocol.

This periodic maintenance’s torque settings and inspection frequency are customized according to terminal types, conductor sizes, and ambient temperature fluctuation ranges. A deposit is required at booking, covering the on-site setup of torque tools, thermal imager, and marking instruments, with the amount estimated based on the number of branch boxes and total terminal points. After full tightening and thermal verification, the final balance is based on the actual number of terminals tightened and the log data recorded.
