Description

This package addresses chaotic wiring inside distribution boards, unclear circuit labeling, or overcrowded neutral/earth terminal blocks with messy connections. We completely separate, rebundle, and tie all conductors inside the panel, categorizing them into incoming mains, outgoing branch, and control signal lines, using different colored cable ties or heat-shrink identification sleeves to clearly distinguish phase colors and circuit zones. At the same time, we vacuum and wipe away accumulated construction dust and metallic debris, and inspect the flatness of the busbar-to-main-switch contact surfaces, performing minor filing where necessary to improve effective electrical contact area.

During the reorganization, we rearrange the mounting order of miniature circuit breakers on the DIN rail according to each circuit’s load importance and power rating—placing high-load circuits closer to the incoming supply to shorten current paths, and low-load and lighting circuits further downstream. In the final stage, we affix a new circuit identification chart on the inside of the panel door, noting each circuit number, controlled area, and the rated current of its protective device. For neutral bars with multiple conductors sharing a single terminal hole, we install additional auxiliary neutral bars to effectively eliminate local overheating hazards.

This reorganization plan is fully customized according to the actual internal dimensions of the panel, the total number of existing circuits, and your specific expectations for future maintenance convenience. A deposit is required before starting, covering the procurement of cable ties, identification sleeves, auxiliary terminal blocks, and cleaning materials, with the amount estimated based on the total number of circuits and conductors. After full reorganization and through-circuit verification, the final balance is calculated based on the actual quantity of materials consumed and the total on-site working hours.
