This package is dedicated to resolving visual discomfort issues such as flickering, residual glow, or delayed start-up in various gas-discharge lamps and LED luminaires. Work begins with performance testing of the control-side components associated with the faulty luminaire—including wall switches, remote control receivers, and rotary dimmers—checking contact continuity and output waveform integrity. We remove the faulty luminaire and test it on a portable workbench with different drivers or ballasts to accurately distinguish whether the issue is inherent to the luminaire’s electrical characteristics or caused by ripple interference in the supply voltage.
After confirming the interference source is on the line side, we trace back along the lighting circuit, opening each intermediate junction box to inspect neutral conductor twisting quality and possible inductive coupling from adjacent power circuits. Remedial measures may include adjusting the twisting direction of conductors inside junction boxes, replacing with oxidation-resistant connecting caps, or connecting waveform conditioning components in parallel at the circuit end. Each adjustment is validated by visible improvement in the luminaire’s light output, supplemented by oscilloscope-captured voltage waveform comparisons before and after intervention to ensure effective suppression.
Because lighting fault causes are diverse and the troubleshooting path is not fixed, this service follows a highly flexible, customized process. An upfront deposit is required, covering the initial on-site visit for fault replication and basic testing, with the amount estimated based on the number of lighting circuit groups and the complexity of affected luminaire types. After successful fault localization and implementation of corrective measures, the final balance is settled according to the total number of fault nodes actually addressed and the cost of auxiliary materials consumed.
