This package is for equipment that is frequently moved or has supply plugs plugged and unplugged often—such as portable conveyors, industrial vacuum cleaners, portable welders, or outdoor lighting stands—retrofitting them with quick-lock connectors that feature high insertion-cycle durability. The service includes selecting the appropriate current-rated quick connector according to the equipment’s power rating, calculating and cutting the appropriate length of flexible rubber-sheathed cable, and converting the equipment’s existing fixed entry terminals into a separable socket-base structure. Special care is taken to install anti-kink tails at the cable entry to prevent excessive stress on conductor roots during frequent movement.

After installation, we perform insertion/withdrawal tactile testing and measure contact voltage drop across each mating pair to ensure contact resistance stays within limits. We also laser-print or hot-stamp the rated voltage, current, and phase markings on the connector housing to prevent phase misconnection during use. For the equipment-side socket base, we add dust covers or waterproof plugs to protect internal pins from dust and moisture when not in use.

This retrofit’s connector type, cable flexibility grade, and base mounting method are custom-designed based on movement frequency, usage environment, and existing power configurations. A deposit is required before starting, covering the procurement of connector assemblies and matching cable materials, with the amount estimated based on the number of equipment units and connector grades selected. After completion and connection reliability testing, the final balance is based on the actual number of connector sets used, total cable length, and mechanical installation hours.
